Local Pickup Policy
Thank you for choosing Local Pickup with The Glam Code.
Pickup Availability
Local pickup is available for select orders at checkout.
Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email.
Pickup Timeframe
Orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Customers must pick up their order within 14 days of receiving their pickup notification.
Pickup Requirements
To collect your order, please provide:
- Your order confirmation email
- A valid photo ID matching the order name
If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us in advance by email.
Missed Pickups
Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and converted to store credit at The Glam Code’s discretion.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned pickup orders.
Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their items at the time of pickup.
Any issues with an order must be reported within 48 hours of pickup.
Pickup Location
Pickup details and instructions will be provided in your pickup confirmation email.
For security purposes, pickup addresses may not be disclosed until the order is ready.
Final Sale Policy
All local pickup orders are subject to The Glam Code’s Return & Refund Policy.
All sales are final unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
