At The Glam Code, we take pride in offering carefully curated fashion, wigs, accessories, and beauty products. Due to the nature of our merchandise and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
All eligible return requests that are approved will be issued as store credit only.
Eligible Return Requests
Items may be eligible for store credit only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Store Credit
Approved claims will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on future purchases
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Shipping Policy
The Glam Code is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
- Packages returned due to an incorrect address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before checkout.
Chargebacks
Customers must contact The Glam Code directly regarding any order issues before filing a chargeback with their bank or financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of purchase, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
