Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, launches, and holiday seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier selection at checkout

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup

Customers who select local pickup at checkout will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Glam Code is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Glam Code is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
